Nick Costanzo

Chief Engineer at WTOP-TV 10

Nick Costanzo started their work experience in 2014 as an Equipment Manager for WTOP-10 TV, where they coordinated equipment rental and provided basic instruction on camera usage. In 2015, they became the Chief Engineer, responsible for managing and troubleshooting all broadcast and IT equipment. Nick oversaw the integration of new HD studio equipment and updated broadcast transmission paths. Nick also worked as an Engineering Intern for Time Warner Cable Sports from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are working as a Content Manager for Joint Master Control since 2017.

Nick Costanzo attended the State University of New York at Oswego from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician.

WTOP-TV 10

WTOP-10 TV is a student-run closed circuit television station located on the SUNY Oswego campus in central New York. The station is on-air 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with both student produced shows and professionally produced movies. Five nights a week, WTOP broadcasts a 30 minute news program at 10:00pm that can be seen locally on channel 10 and across the north-central region of NY on Time Warner access channel 96. WTOP is also proud to broadcast every men's and women's hockey game played at home. In the past year, WTOP has made leaps and bounds with our sports broadcasts—they can be seen on channels 10 & 96, and 1027, as well as on the web at athletics.oswego.edu/video.
