Previously, Lennart held multiple roles at WTS Energy in Mexico, including Mexico Director and Country Manager, where significant achievements included developing business strategies, expanding service offerings, and successfully establishing the Mexican branch. Lennart’s experience also includes roles at iPS - Powerful People and Michael Page, focusing on recruitment and business development in the maritime, offshore, and construction sectors. Academically, Lennart holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism & Recreation Management and Management, Economic & Law, along with a diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
