Lennart Rietveld

Lennart Rietveld serves as the Americas Director at WTS Energy since August 2016, where responsibilities include strategic planning, financial oversight, business development, and leading sales initiatives for large international projects in the oil and energy sectors. Previously, Lennart held multiple roles at WTS Energy in Mexico, including Mexico Director and Country Manager, where significant achievements included developing business strategies, expanding service offerings, and successfully establishing the Mexican branch. Lennart’s experience also includes roles at iPS - Powerful People and Michael Page, focusing on recruitment and business development in the maritime, offshore, and construction sectors. Academically, Lennart holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism & Recreation Management and Management, Economic & Law, along with a diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
