Meredith Francis is an experienced digital content producer currently serving as a Senior Digital Content Producer at WTTW/Chicago PBS since May 2019, managing and creating interactive companion websites for PBS programs. Previously, Meredith worked as a Communications Coordinator at the Institute for Policy Research at Northwestern University, producing multimedia content and implementing communication strategies. An investigative fellow at Social Justice News Nexus, Meredith contributed to an Emmy-winning story addressing asbestos in Chicago Public Schools. Earlier roles included online journalism fellow at WTTW, reporting intern at Chicago Public Media, and various positions at Xavier University, enhancing writing and editing skills. Meredith holds a Master's of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and the Public / English from Xavier University.
