Johanna Marie

Johanna Marie is an experienced media professional with a strong background in production, reporting, and radio hosting. Currently serving as a Producer at WTVA since July 2022, Johanna previously held the position of Production Assistant at WCBI-TV for a brief period in early 2022. With a diverse skill set, Johanna hosted "Vibin’ With Jo" and "Mellow Monday" at WMUW 88.5 The Edge, while also screening music for air time. Additionally, Johanna worked as a Reporter for the Spectator Newspaper, covering current events and entertainment in the Golden Triangle area. Early career experience includes customer service roles at MaxxSouth Broadband and ACCO Brands, as well as creative writing at Odyssey. Johanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Mississippi University for Women and an Associate of Arts in the same field from Northeast Mississippi Community College.
