Phil Luciano

Phil Luciano is a senior communications executive at WTVP. Phil has previously worked as an adjunct instructor at Illinois Central College, a radio host at WMBD-AM, and the president of Friends of the Children of Haiti. Phil is also a columnist and reporter for the Peoria Journal Star.

Phil Luciano has a Master's degree in Public Affairs Reporting from University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Northern Illinois University.
