Wayne Covil

Wayne Covil is a Senior Reporter at WTVR TV CBS 6 since December 1992. Prior to that, Wayne worked as the Tri Cities Bureau Chief at WTVR CBS 6 from December 1992 to July 2003, and as the Jacksonville Bureau Chief at WNCT-TV 9 from April 1989 to November 1992. Wayne also served as the Assistant News Director at WJNC - AM 1240 from August 1987 to April 1989. Wayne received a BBA in Business from Campbell University in 1987.
