Sunil Kumar's work experience includes being a Co-Founder & CTO at Where U Elevate, a company that addresses talent shortage by providing hackathon services and personalized hiring services. Sunil founded Internity Foundation in 2017 and worked as a Founder member. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, where they held roles such as Specialist - Product Engineering, Senior Product Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. Sunil'sachievements include leading the Snowflake and Snowpark plan for product development and working on architecture and coding for various features. Prior to that, they worked as a Big Data Engineer at DataMetica Solutions Private Limited, where they developed reports for a major e-commerce company and worked on developing features for a product in Governance. Sunil Kumar completed their secondary education at Army Public School (APS) from 1998 to 2010, where they completed their 12th standard with a focus on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). Afterward, from 2011 to 2015, Sunil attended SRMS Institutions and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree with a specialization in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Sunil has obtained various certifications. In August 2014, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCPS) and achieved the certification of MCTS in .NET Framework 4, Web Applications. Subsequently, in October 2015, Sunil completed certifications in various Big Data related subjects, including Big Data - Programming, Introduction to MapReduce Programming, Moving Data into Hadoop, and Introduction to PIG, through Big Data University. In December 2015, they completed the Big Data Spark Foundations certification provided by IBM.

Moreover, Sunil has continued to enhance their skillset by obtaining recent certifications. In August 2021, they completed a course called "Hands On Essentials - Data Warehouse" offered by Snowflake. Additionally, in March 2022, they earned a certification in "Typography in UX/UI Design" from Udemy.
