The leadership team at Wugen has a long history of experience in the biomedical field, with many members coming from prestigious companies and universities. Many members of the team have experience working in research and development for large companies, such as Pfizer, Baxter International, and Novartis. Others have experience working in venture capital or as instructors at renowned universities such as Washington University in St. Louis. The team is highly educated, with degrees from top universities in fields such as chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, cellular and molecular biology, immunology, and microbiology.
