Michael Bochynski

Michael Bochynski is an accomplished grant writer currently working with Wuha Sira Initiative, where responsibilities include devising short-term development strategies to achieve long-term funding objectives. Prior to this role, Bochynski served as the D.C. Program Director at Clean Water Action from March 2012 to April 2023, overseeing program research, planning, and implementation, as well as representing the organization in various capacities. Previous positions at Clean Water Action included Chesapeake Program Coordinator, Chesapeake Grant/Program Manager, Virginia Program Organizer, Assistant Canvass Director, and Field Manager, each focusing on community engagement, campaign management, and resource allocation related to clean water and environmental issues. Bochynski holds a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies and Planning from San Francisco State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Sierra College.
