Nicky SHANG

Nicky Shang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nicky began their career as a Marketing Department Intern at Bosch China in 2010, where they coordinated with departments and distributors and supervised product advertising distribution. In 2011, they interned at Cummins Inc.'s APAC Marketing Department, where they were responsible for the APEC Regionalization Project.

In 2012, Nicky joined the China Energy Fund Committee as a Research Department Intern, contributing to organizing international energy forums and working on energy development reports.

Nicky then transitioned to Fast Retailing in 2014 as an Associate Production Manager, overseeing quality, lead time, and warehouse management in three factories.

Nicky joined Sitecore in 2016 as a Sales Development Manager, where they played a key role in promoting the company's experience management software and serving high-profile clients.

Nicky then moved on to LatiPay in 2017, taking up the position of Account Manager Team Leader. Nicky was responsible for promoting LatiPay's services, onboarding new customers, maintaining product knowledge, building rapport with clients, and managing service contracts.

Currently, Nicky is serving as the Chief Operating Officer at WuKong Education, an innovative education company dedicated to providing quality education solutions worldwide. In this role, they oversee the company's business operations, ensures effective operational and financial procedures are in place, and reports directly to the CEO.

Nicky Shang began their education in 2006 and graduated in 2010 from Zhejiang University of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, International Economy, and Trade. In 2011, they participated in an exchange program at Ryukoku University, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services for a year. From 2010 to 2014, Nicky pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs at Tongji University.
