Jan Kobersky

Jan Kobersky has a diverse work experience in various software development roles. Jan worked as a Software Developer at Wultra, s.r.o. starting from August 2018. Prior to that, they held the role of Developer/Server admin/Consultant, where they were responsible for maintaining websites, web applications, servers, and providing IT consulting.

Jan also worked as a Software Developer at Avast Software from July 2014 to July 2018. During this time, they focused on Windows Phone development for the banking sector in Czech and Slovak Republic. Inmite, the company they worked for, was acquired by Avast Software.

Before joining Avast Software, Jan worked as a part-time .NET and JS Developer at GARVIS Solutions s.r.o. from August 2012 to May 2014. Jan was involved in backend and frontend development using ASP.NET MVC framework for Nestigo CMS, a modern management system.

Jan started their career as a freelance Web Developer in 2009, creating web pages and applications utilizing ASP.NET MVC or PHP Nette.

Jan Kobersky completed their education at two different institutions. From 2005 to 2009, they attended SPŠei Ostrava, where they pursued a field of study in Technical Lyceum. However, no degree was mentioned for this period. Afterward, from 2009 to 2012, Jan attended VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, where they received a Bachelor's degree (Bc.) in Information Technology.
