Petr Dvorak has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Petr started their career as a PHP Coder at iKup s.r.o. from April 2006 to April 2007. After that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Sun Microsystems from February 2008 to January 2010, where they primarily focused on testing the integration of Kenai.com in the NetBeans IDE.
In October 2008, Petr joined Charles University as a Teaching Assistant, leading laboratory classes for programming subjects until January 2010. Petr then interned at Watson Research in IBM from October 2010 to June 2011.
Petr then became a Partner and Mobile Strategy Consultant at Inmite from February 2009 to July 2014. In this role, they provided mobile strategy consultations to various businesses, with a particular focus on finance. Petr also worked on iOS software architecture design and implemented processes to improve iOS development and testing in their team.
In July 2014, Petr joined AVAST Software as the Innovation Incubator Director. Petr'sresponsibilities included designing processes for managing innovation, exploring mobile and security subjects, and prototyping new mobile products.
Currently, Petr Dvorak holds the position of Founder and CEO at Wultra, s.r.o. since December 2014. Wultra provides security solutions for banks and fintech companies, helping them meet compliance with regulatory requirements and protect their apps against cyber threats.
Petr Dvorak's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and IT, with a focus on Programming, which they obtained from Charles University between 2004 and 2007. In 2007, they also completed an Erasmus Exchange Stay for six months at Utrecht University, where they studied Computer Science. From 2007 to 2012, Petr pursued further studies at Charles University and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science and IT, specializing in Software Engineering.
