Edelfried J. Balle

Edelfried J. Balle has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Edelfried J. served as the CEO of Thermengruppe Josef Wund, a leading developer and operator of thermal baths and spa facilities in Germany, since July 2010. In October 2018, they became the CEO of Therme ARC at THERME GROUP™.

Before that, Edelfried was the CEO of Logistik Süd GmbH, a logistics company with 35 employees, where they managed the closure of operations and merger with F. Kirchhoff AG in 2010. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as the CFO of ESB Kirchhoff GmbH, which was acquired by STRABAG AG, overseeing the integration of various departments.

Prior to that, they held the position of CFO in ESB Kirchhoff GmbH & Co. KG from 2002 to 2008, and earlier, they worked as the Kaufmännischer Leiter - Einzelprokura at Emil Steidle GmbH & Co. KG - Unternehmensgruppe STEIDLE Sigmaringen from 2000 to 2002.

Edelfried also had entrepreneurial experience as the Geschäftsführer / Gesellschafter CEO of GfB Gesellschaft für Baubetriebsberatung mbH, a consulting company for construction and trades, from 1990 to 2002. Edelfried J. published two specialized publications during this time as well.

Additionally, they worked as the Kaufmännischer Leiter at steidle bau gmbh - Unternehmensgruppe STEIDLE Sigmaringen from 1994 to 2000, and as the Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung at Emil Steidle GmbH & Co. KG - Unternehmensgruppe STEIDLE Sigmaringen from 1987 to 1990. Edelfried started their career with a studienbegleitendes Praktikum at WAP Reinigungssysteme from 1984 to 1987.

Edelfried J. Balle attended Technisches Gymnasium Ravensburg from 1980 to 1983, earning their Allgemeine Hochschulreife. Edelfried J. then went on to Duale Hochschule Ravensburg from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a degree in Diplom Betriebswirt (BA) / IT-Organisation with a focus on Marketing.
