Lindsay Holmes is an experienced Pilates and yoga instructor currently holding positions at Core Culture Pilates, WundaBar Pilates, and LIVunLtd since 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a sales associate at Parsley Health and as a patient care coordinator at CentreSpring MD. Lindsay began in the fitness industry with an internship at Baptiste Power Yoga Oxford while also working as a corporate office assistant at Holmes Motors, Inc., where customer service and organizational skills were developed. Additional experience includes childcare roles at Willie Price Lab School and Southern Grace Nannies, LLC, as well as service roles at Cherokee Town and Country Club. Lindsay holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi.
