Carol Goff

Carol Goff is a skilled Technical Writer with extensive experience in translating technical information into user-friendly documentation for both non-technical and technical users. Currently employed at Wunderbricks since October 2025, Carol has previously held technical writing positions at ING and Bárd, where responsibilities included research, documentation strategy development, and content management through SharePoint. Earlier experience encompasses a role as Site Administrator at Suir Engineering, handling project information and documentation control, as well as serving as a Tour Guide at Mitchelstown Cave, where duties included group management and training new guides.
