Mika Viljanen

Mika Viljanen is a seasoned software development and consulting professional with extensive experience in various roles throughout the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Wunderdog since August 2014, Mika has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture as Chief Culture Officer, ensuring alignment between ideal and existing workplace values through collaboration with colleagues. Prior experience includes significant roles at Siili Solutions as a Senior Consultant and Software Developer, where Mika contributed to agile teams and assumed the role of Scrum Master, as well as positions at Valimo Wireless, Digital Chocolate, TietoEnator, and Gui Systems. Mika holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Helsinki, obtained in 2008.
