Akissi Stokes-Nelson is the CEO and Co-Founder of WunderGrubs, where responsibilities include overseeing the organization's administration, strategic planning, and community outreach in the alternative protein sector. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, facilitating system modifications and stakeholder negotiations, and as a Project Manager in Healthcare IT at Northrop Grumman Corporation, managing projects within budget and timelines. Stokes-Nelson has also held positions at the Atlanta Housing Authority and various organizations, contributing to business analysis, system design, and operational improvements. An Emory University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Finance, Stokes-Nelson has further enhanced technical skills with multiple certifications in SQL and Excel.
