David Lautner is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in engineering and business development. Currently serving as Business Unit Manager for Wunderlich-Malec Engineering in Orange County/San Diego, David provides strategic, financial, and sales direction, while also managing P&L and client relations. As the Founder and Beer Aficionado of The Longboard Restaurant & Pub, David has combined passion with entrepreneurship. Previously, David held the role of Vice President of Business Development at Premier Alliance and founded Control Engineering, Inc. in 1994. David started their career as an Engineering Technician at Shell Oil Company and has a strong educational background in Petroleum Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, Northwestern Michigan College, and technical training from Shell Oil Company and UC Irvine.
