Alina Elena Toma has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as a Teaching Assistant at Professionshøjskolen Metropol. Alina Elena then worked as a Waitress at Nyhavnskroen from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, Alina joined Wolt as a Customer Service Representative. In 2020, they worked as part of the Land Rights Programme at Eco Ruralis and as a Project Officer at A SEED Europe, where they focused on environmental and social justice issues. Currently, Alina is employed at Wundermart, where they started in 2021 as a Customer Support Specialist and has since been promoted to the role of Customer Support Team Lead.

Alina Elena Toma has a diverse education history spanning multiple institutions and fields of study. Alina Elena pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Ecology from Lund University, completing their studies from 2018 to 2021. In 2019, Alina had the opportunity to attend the International Summer School at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where they focused on Theories and Practices of International Relations. Prior to their master's degree, Alina studied at Professionshøjskolen Metropol - Metropolitan University College from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a degree in Global Nutrition and Health, specializing in Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Alina's educational journey started at Colegiul National Alexandru Ioan Cuza Ploiesti from 2009 to 2013, where they focused on mathematics and computer science.
