Tobias Holzapfel

Tobias Holzapfel has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2012. Tobias began as a Praktikant at Betz & Betz Metallbau GbR. In 2014, they were a Student at Hochschule Landshut while also serving as the Teamleiter Fahrwerk at LA eRacing e.V. Tobias then joined Decathlon Deutschland as a Sales Manager for a few months in 2017. From 2017 to 2021, Tobias worked at hofer powertrain as a Technischer Produktdesigner and later became a Fertigungsleiter at FAISSNER PETERMEIER Fahrzeugtechnik AG. In 2020, they co-founded HoKa Inergy where they held the role of Co-Founder & Sales. Tobias is currently working at Wundermix GmbH, where they began as a Produktmanager and later became the Head of Product.

Tobias Holzapfel pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Innovationsmanagement from Hochschule Kaiserslautern from 2021 to 2024. Prior to this, they attended Städt. Berufsschule für Metallbau und Techn. Zeichnen München, where they focused on CAD/CADD/Technisches Zeichnen und/oder Designtechnologie/Techniker. Additionally, Tobias holds several certifications, including CSR Nachhaltigkeitsbeauftragter from FORUM VERLAG HERKERT GMBH in January 2022, OTC Schweißparameter Schulung from OTC DAIHEN EUROPE GmbH in October 2019, OTC Roboter Programmierung Basisschulung from Femitec GmbH in June 2019, and a Flurfördermittelschein from GRUMA Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH in September 2018.
