Daniel Hanemann

Daniel Hanemann has over 10 years of work experience. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Chief Financial Officer in Hong Kong for foodpanda. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Founder and Managing Director of wundertax GmbH. In 2017, they founded Monkey Biz Ventures, where they provided growth consulting, interim management, and angel investing. Daniel also set up growth strategies and technical marketing structures, completed tracking concepts, business intelligence setups, and off- and online marketing campaigns. In 2018, they were the Chief Marketing Officer for ScanMovers. In 2019, they became an Advisor for heyData. In 2021, they became a Founding Angel and Investor for Plant B. Since 2022, they have been the Founder and CEO of wundertax, a Mentor for Scaler8, and a Community Member for 2hearts. Daniel has also been a Founding Angel and Interim Managing Director for Scaling Spaces since 2017, where they were responsible for finance, legal, marketing, and investor relations. Daniel also renovated approx. 12,000 m2 with a €2M+ renovation budget, as well as managed sales and office management of co-working spaces, and raised debt and equity for a total of €2.

Daniel Hanemann has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Daniel also completed an exchange semester at Peking University, studying Marketing, Accounting, and Finance. Additionally, they took part in a Management Abroad Course at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, focusing on International Management. Lastly, they graduated from the German Swiss International School with a High School diploma, having studied German, English, Maths, Physics, and Daniel'story. Daniel is also certified in Nederlands als tweede taal Programma II from the College voor Toetsen en Examens, which they obtained in August 2022.
