Marlene Eckhardt is currently the Head of HR at Wuppermann Austria Holding and has extensive experience in human resources, having previously held HR management roles at Frauscher Bootswerft GmbH & Co KG and the STIWA Group. Prior to these positions, Marlene worked as a social worker at Lebenshilfe OÖ and Volkshilfe Oberösterreich. Marlene is pursuing a Master of Science in Social Economy at Johannes Kepler University Linz, building on a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the same institution. Additionally, Marlene has completed a diploma program in project and process management at ELG E-learning Group.
