Kanya Pranawengkapti is a Researcher at the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy, currently working in the UN-Habitat Collaborating Center. With previous experience as a Junior Researcher in Urban Electric Mobility Initiative (UEMI) and as an Urban Planner at WATG and Wimberly Interiors, Kanya has also served as Urban and Regional Planning Staff at Indonesia's Ministry of Public Works and Housing. Kanya's background includes transforming city livability as a Junior Urban Designer at PDW, where they were involved in award-winning projects. Kanya holds a Master's degree in Urban Management from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
