Sudip Paul has a strong background in marketing and branding, with extensive experience in various roles. Sudip is currently the Head of Branding & Strategies at Würfel, where they are responsible for ideating and executing new marketing strategies and leading brand communications. Prior to this, Sudip worked as a Marketing Communications Manager at Livspace.com, where they managed the project 'Builder Development' and handled all communications with builders. Sudip also served as a Marketing Manager at WeP Solutions Limited, where they established the company as the top MPS company in India through branding and marketing strategies. Sudip has experience in offline and online marketing, as well as digital marketing, as a Marketing Manager at Printo Document Services Pvt Ltd and a Digital Marketing Executive at Tallenge, Inc. Sudip also worked as a Brand Manager at Global Orange Entertainment. Sudip started their career as an intern at Future Group.

Sudip Paul holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Jain University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BCA) from Durgapur Society of Management Science from 2008 to 2011. Sudip also completed their higher secondary education in science from St Josephs College from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Sudip has obtained certifications in Content Marketing from HubSpot in July 2020, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in 2020, and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot in July 2020.
