Jordyn Pollack has held various positions since 2012. Jordyn was a Pre School Aid at Dripping Springs Pre School from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they held positions as a Server at Angels Ice House, a Catering and Buffet Cook at Marriott Hotels, a Line Cook at CBQ Smokehouse, an Account Manager at The Fishin Company, and a Sales Representative at Wurk. In 2018, they became a Co-Founder at Ziggy's Naturals.
Jordyn Pollack attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Austin from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained an Associates of Culinary Arts degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager.
