Justine Joly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justine started their career as a Summer Intern at MOM Group in 2011. Justine then worked as a Summer Intern at Patrick Mathieu Conseil in 2013 and as a Freelance Project Manager at HSBC in 2014.
In 2016, Justine interned at 111 Avocats, where they gained experience in legal services. Justine further enhanced their legal skills by serving as a Fellow at Good Counsel Services, Inc. in 2017, focusing on nonprofit and startup law.
Justine's legal expertise continued to grow at The Nilson Law Group, PLLC in 2017, where they worked on corporate law, trademark law, and employment law cases. Justine then joined Condé Nast in 2018 as part of the Business Affairs team, focusing on Condé Nast Entertainment.
From 2021 to 2022, Justine worked at Altice USA in roles of increasing responsibility. Justine served as the Manager, Distribution Partnerships & Business Development, where they managed diverse distribution partners and oversaw the North America distribution strategy. Justine was then promoted to Director, Distribution Partnerships & Business Development, where they drove deal negotiations and became a key source of knowledge for distribution partnerships.
Currently, Justine is working at Wurl as a Senior Client Success Manager, starting in September 2022.
Justine Joly completed their Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor Equivalent in a Double Degree program in Management and Law at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2011 to 2014. Justine then participated in an Exchange Program at Boston College from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they pursued a Graduate Program (Master 2) in Film, Audiovisual and Multimedia Law & LLM Equivalent at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III). From 2016 to 2017, Justine attended Brooklyn Law School to obtain their Master of Laws (LLM) degree.
