Scott Bernstein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Scott is currently working as the Director of Infrastructure at Wurl since May 2021. Before that, they worked at HBO for 5 years as the SRE Manager/Web Operations Manager, where they ensured site excellence for the launch of HBO Max streaming product and collaborated with monitoring and incident response teams. Scott also worked as a Software Manager at Schneider Electric for a short period in 2015, where they managed a team and applied Agile principles to projects. At iheartradio, Scott served as the Engineering Program Manager, managing multiple Agile projects and successfully launching the "RadioEdit" CMS. Scott also worked at The New York Times as the Development Manager, managing a team of Java developers contributing to the content management system. Prior to that, Scott worked at Ziff Davis Media as the Lead developer for their content management publishing platform. Scott started their career at Bates Interactive as the Development Supervisor, responsible for the technical aspects of web development. Scott has a strong technical background and expertise in various technologies such as Java, Oracle PL/SQL, C/C++, and database design and optimization.

Scott Bernstein attended Rutgers University from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a double major in Computer Science and Sociology. Scott completed their Bachelor's degree in these fields.
