Mikhail Gladkikh

Mikhail Gladkikh, PhD, currently serves as the Global Director of Technology and Technical Projects at Würth Additive Group since July 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Baker Hughes from June 2005 to July 2022, where Mikhail advanced through various roles, including Global Leader Additive Services, responsible for establishing a global business in Additive Manufacturing Services, and Additive Manufacturing Leader, focusing on technology implementation. Mikhail has also held positions such as Senior Manager of Integration Planning, leading merger integration efforts, and Program Manager for Global Logistics, achieving over $85 million in savings through strategic transformations. Mikhail’s educational background includes a PhD in Applied Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
