Thomas Mück

Thomas Mück is a seasoned professional in the fields of learning and development, quality management, and process improvement, currently serving as the Head of Group - Learning & Development at Würth Group since July 2017. In this role, Thomas Mück oversees training, development, and consulting for various organizations, including SMEs and large corporations. Prior experience includes leading management systems at GRASS GmbH, coordinating integrated management initiatives across international locations and ensuring legal compliance, as well as serving as a Quality Manager and Senior Lean Practitioner at Groupe SEB, focusing on quality management and Six Sigma methodologies. Additionally, Thomas Mück held the position of Head of Corporate Quality at Bürkert Fluid Control Systems. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Six Sigma/Quality in Production from Solent University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering with Business from the University of Nottingham Trent.
