Lena Dierolf is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in user service management and IT service desk operations. Currently serving as the Head of IT User Service Management International and Team Lead for Workplace Solutions Service at Würth IT GmbH since October 2022, Lena previously held roles as Team Lead IT Service Desk and IT System Administrator at Würth Elektronik eiSos Group from February 2016 to September 2022. Lena's educational background includes a degree in Internationales Wirtschaftsmanagement from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg, completed in November 2019, and an earlier certification from Würth Elektronik eiSos GmbH & Co. KG, focused on international business management in English and Spanish. Additional studies were undertaken at Santa Rosa Junior College from June 2012 to July 2013.
