Lacey most recently worked at Wurth Louis and Company, starting as a Sales Representative in March 2018 and steadily progressing to become a Regional Sales Manager and Sales Director. Prior to this, they served as the Head Volleyball Coach at Texas United Volleyball for over 15 years, from July 2006 to May 2021. Lacey also worked as a Purchasing Agent/Shipping Manager at Phoenix Millwork, Inc. from March 2015 to March 2018. Lacey gained administrative experience as an Administrator at Team Industrial Services from April 2014 to March 2015. Lacey's career in the education sector includes the role of Youth Development Director, Sports & Play at YMCA of Greater Houston from April 2012 to January 2014 and as a Special Programs Clerk at Pearland ISD from August 2007 to January 2011, where they managed Medicaid for the Special Education department. Before that, they worked as an Office Manager at Brickfield Builders Inc. from September 2011 to April 2012.
Lacey Osbon attended Alvin Community College from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies. Lacey then went on to the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 2008 to 2011, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Service Management.
