Matt Johnson

Matt Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Matt began their career in 2005 as an Officer Candidate in the United States Marine Corps, where they received an honorable medical discharge from Officer Candidate School. Following this, they worked as an Account Executive at Business Partner of Birmingham from 2005 to 2007, focusing on sales and business growth. Matt then joined Konecranes in 2007, initially as a Sales Representative and later as a Service Manager. In these roles, they managed and supervised service branches, directed sales efforts, and developed new business and accounts. In 2016, Matt joined Wurth Wood Group as a General Manager, leading the company's Birmingham business unit and focusing on business growth. Matt later transitioned to the role of Regional Sales Manager, where they were responsible for growing sales and coaching sales teams. Currently, Matt holds the position of Director of Sales Excellence at Wurth Wood Group, where they continue to drive sales growth and excellence.

Matt Johnson attended The University of Alabama from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
