Carl managed a team of producers who updated the website throughout the day with breaking news off news releases topical "talker" stories, video and interactive elements such as polls and comment solicitations; direct the producers' staffing and efforts to maximize online audience opportunities; examine and implement alternate story-telling methods; monitor live analytics and react to readers' interests and trends; manage the flow of content to our various social media platforms to drive audience; monitor social media platforms for local breaking news and other engaging content opportunities; and assist Tribune editors in setting coverage plans on breaking news and other engaging stories that will have significant impact for the online and print audiences.

After Carl Lisciandrello graduated from high school, they attended the University of Florida where they obtained their bachelor's degree in journalism.

They are on a team with Scott Nolan - Development Director, Julio Ochoa - Health News Florida Editor, and Mary Shedden - News Director. Carl Lisciandrello reports to JoAnn Urofsky, General Manager.
