Daylina Miller is a seasoned journalist and photographer with extensive experience in multimedia reporting and digital news editing. At WUSF since February 2015, Daylina serves as Backup Digital News Editor and previously worked as a Multimedia Journalist and Health Reporter, focusing on healthcare access and affordability. As the owner of Daylina Miller Photography, a business with an emphasis on photojournalism, Daylina captures a variety of events, from weddings to community gatherings. Earlier roles include Regional Reporter and Assistant News Editor at the Marshall News Messenger, Freelance Journalist for multiple publications in the Tampa Bay region, and Multimedia Reporter for The Suncoast News. Daylina also gained experience at NBCUniversal during the Republican National Convention and held various editorial and reporting positions during academic studies at the University of South Florida and Full Sail University, where Daylina obtained a Master of Arts in New Media Journalism.
