Andreas Papadopoulos

Andreas Papadopoulos has a diverse work experience in the field of cell therapy manufacturing. Andreas currently holds the position of Associate Director of Cell Therapy Manufacturing at WuXi Advanced Therapies since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Manager of Cell Therapy Manufacturing from August 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they held the role of Senior Manufacturing Supervisor from March 2021 to August 2021. Andreas also worked as a Supervisor in Gene-Mediated Cell Therapy Manufacturing from February 2020 to April 2021. Andreas started their career at WuXi Advanced Therapies as a Senior Manufacturing Associate in September 2019 and later became a Manufacturing Associate III from January 2019 to February 2020. Andreas began their professional journey at Rowan University as a Research Assistant from September 2015 to December 2016, where they primarily worked on stem cell differentiation in biomaterials used for tissue regeneration. Overall, Andreas brings valuable expertise in cell therapy manufacturing and stem cell research to their current role as Associate Director at WuXi Advanced Therapies.

Andreas Papadopoulos completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry at Rowan University from 2014 to 2017. Andreas then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Bioengineering from the University of California, Riverside from 2018 to 2020.
