Mits James

Mits James has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. In 2006, they began their career at Sanofi Pasteur, where they worked as a Production Technician, responsible for daily production tasks and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. In 2008, they transitioned into the role of Laboratory/Production Technician II, troubleshooting technical and analytical problems and operating labeling and packaging machinery. During their time at Sanofi Pasteur, they achieved significant improvements in production efficiency and equipment output.

In 2019, Mits James joined WuXi AppTec as a Senior Manufacturing Scientist, focusing on manufacturing processes and scientific research. They then moved on to WuXi Advanced Therapies, where they held two positions simultaneously. As a Senior Manufacturing Technician, they contributed to safety audits and facilitated the production of Influenza bulk. Additionally, as a Manufacturing Lead, they took on a supervisory role in the manufacturing department.

At WuXi AppTec, Mits James became a Manufacturing Supervisor, overseeing cell therapy manufacturing operations. Finally, in 2022, they joined Kite Pharma as a Manufacturing Supervisor. Overall, Mits James has a solid background in manufacturing, supervision, and scientific research within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.

Mits James completed their education at the University of Scranton. They obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in 2017, as well as a Minor of Science Degree in Accounting in the same year.
