Hui Cai

Hui Cai is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Vice President and Head of the Content Division at WuXi AppTec since October 2009. At WuXi AppTec, the focus is on advancing science and delivering treatment globally through comprehensive capabilities and technology in various areas, including small molecule drug R&D and manufacturing, as well as cell and gene therapy. Prior to this role, Hui Cai held multiple vice president positions at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development LLC, including Vice President of Corporate Alliances and Head of PR and Corporate Communications, and Project Leader for Immunology Drug Discovery. Hui Cai holds an MBA from the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego, a PhD in Chemistry from Scripps Research, and a Bachelor of Science from Peking University.
