Meghan Thomas is a seasoned professional in clinical research with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Senior TMF Specialist at WuXi Clinical since August 2020, Meghan provides operational oversight and training to Records Management personnel and collaborates with CROs on document collection best practices. Prior to this, Meghan held positions such as Senior Clinical Project Specialist and Project Specialist at Syneos Health, where key achievements included resolving a significant document backlog and liaising with project teams. Meghan’s background also includes over a decade at PPD as a Remote Site Monitor and Principal Research Coordination Specialist, focusing on client relations, regulatory compliance, and team management. Meghan began the career journey as an Aftercare Director at Cedars International Academy and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin.
