Wenjun Xie

Wenjun Xie has a strong background in business analytics and strategy. They started their career at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford, where they participated in the Summer Institute for Entrepreneurship. They later gained experience as an Equity Research Associate Intern at JMP Securities. After that, they worked as a Process Development Scientist at Illumina. Their next role was as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, where they focused on various consulting projects. From there, they joined Tencent as the Strategy Head of AI Drug Discovery. Currently, they are working at WuXi AppTec as the Senior Director of Business Analytics, Digital Innovation.

Wenjun Xie completed a Ph.D in Biophysical Chemistry at Stanford University from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that, Xie earned an M.S in Analytical Chemistry from Iowa State University and a B.S in Chemistry from Tsinghua University.
