Haritha S. is an accomplished professional in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development and Alliance Management at WuXi Biologics since May 2023. Previously, Haritha held key leadership roles at Lonza, including Director of Strategy and Planning for Biologics R&D, where strategic projects were led in collaboration with various divisions to support the innovation strategy. As Associate Director of Commercial Development and Strategy at Lonza, responsibilities included managing a portfolio of biotech and large clients, enhancing profitability, and negotiating complex deals. Earlier experience includes significant revenue growth as Northern Europe Sales Manager at Novasep, global partnership management at Public Health England, and various scientific roles.
