Ling Bai

Ling Bai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and analytical sciences sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Business Development and Associate Director of the Analytical Sciences Department at WuXi Biologics since March 2019, Ling Bai has also held the position of Senior Scientist II at the same company. Prior experience includes Senior Scientist I at Porton Pharma Solutions Ltd. and a strong academic background at The University of Texas at Arlington, where Ling Bai completed a Ph.D. and served as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant in Instrumental Analysis and General Chemistry. Notable research internships were conducted at the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and Palacký University Olomouc, focusing on advanced analytical techniques.
