Tamina Jeffers

Tamina Jeffers, Ph.D., serves as the Senior Manager of Clinical Manufacturing at WuXi Biologics, overseeing cell culture-based manufacturing programs for therapeutic proteins and managing cross-functional tech transfer initiatives. With a background that includes roles as a Process Development Scientist at Amgen and extensive experience in process optimization and technical leadership, Tamina has contributed significantly to both academic and non-profit sectors, co-founding the Braxton Daryl Johnson Foundation. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Engineering Science from the University of South Florida and a Master’s in Chemistry from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
