Yun Cao

Yun Cao currently serves as Senior Director and Head of Manufacturing for MFG18 at WuXi Biologics since June 2023, focusing on clinical manufacturing. Cao has an extensive history at WuXi Biologics, beginning in March 2013, where roles included Senior Director, Upstream Process Development, and various positions within Cell Line Development, highlighting significant expertise in the field. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral position in In Vitro Diagnostics at BioHelix Corp. from September 2011 to February 2013, and a role as Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant during PhD studies at Clark University from September 2007 to August 2011. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Clark University and a BS in Biological Science from the University of Science and Technology of China.
