Inspector/environmental Analyst at West Virginia DOT

Al Carducci has extensive experience in environmental analysis and air quality inspection. Currently serving as an Inspector/Environmental Analyst at West Virginia DOT since April 1999, responsibilities include performing Title V and General Air Inspections and overseeing compliance with MACT, SIP, and NESHAP requirements. Prior to this role, Al Carducci was a Control/Permit Engineer at Northern Ohio Valley Air Authority from August 1988 to October 1997, focusing on writing Title V and General Air Permits for the Ohio EPA and conducting facility air inspections. Al Carducci holds an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jefferson Community College, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Steubenville, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution.
