Mindy Cronk

Mindy Cronk is an experienced Operations Manager and Project Manager with a strong background in public media engagement and customer service. Currently serving as an Independent Contractor for Pennsylvania PBS since June 2021, Mindy also manages projects for WVIA, focusing on the Battling Opioids program and ensuring successful outcomes through strategic planning and execution. With a history of working at Grainger from May 2006 to 2017, Mindy played key roles in dispute resolution and customer service leadership. Additionally, Mindy has volunteered in public radio/TV while continuously developing skills in accounts receivable problem-solving. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Occupational Sociology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
