Clemens Paschke

Clemens Paschke is an experienced business leader currently serving as Geschäftsführer at WvM Immobilien + Projektentwicklung GmbH since April 2023. Previously, Clemens held the position of CEO at Ziegert EverEstate GmbH from March 2020 to March 2023 and was Managing Director at Lendico, part of the ING Group, from September 2013 to March 2020. Before these roles, Clemens co-founded and served as Managing Director at a company under Rocket Internet SE and worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company between January 2010 and August 2013. Clemens also co-founded Rudolf|Witt & Company from September 2007 to December 2009. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Business, Management, Marketing, and related services from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, as well as a Diplom in the same field from the same institution. Additionally, Clemens completed exchange semesters at Queen's University and University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2003.
