Mark Cottrill currently serves as the Vice President of Finance & Treasurer for Scouting America, Mountaineer Area Council, a position held since February 2024, while also being semi-retired since June 2023. Academically, Mark Cottrill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from West Virginia University between 1975 and 1979.
