Michelle Wedgeworth has extensive experience as an Account Executive at WVUA 23 since October 2012, where responsibilities include maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction while adhering to sales policies. In addition, Michelle serves as a Promoter/Event Coordinator for the NPC Clash at the Capstone National Qualifier Bodybuilding Event, overseeing all aspects of event management, including budgeting, vendor negotiations, and social media coordination since 2013. Prior to these roles, Michelle worked as an Administrative Assistant at Gadsden City Schools from January 2001 to October 2012, managing office duties, scheduling, travel arrangements, and budget maintenance for various federal grants, achieving compliance and positive outcomes. Education was completed at Gadsden State Community College.

WVUA 23 is a commercial television station owned and operated by the University of Alabama's College of Communication and Information Sciences.
