Sherry Phillip Chrl

Sherry Phillip CHRL is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in people management and employee experience. Currently serving as Manager, People (Global) at WW / WeightWatchers since April 2022, Sherry is responsible for implementing people strategies for Global Finance and North American Science and Legal teams. Prior roles at WW include Manager, People (Corporate / Employee Experience) and supported the Canadian Corporate business functions. Previous experience includes HR Business Partner at Cogeco Connexion, Manager, HRBP and HR Process and Projects at Target, and Human Resources Business Partner at CPP Investment Board, among others. Sherry holds a B.A. in History from McMaster University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from George Brown College.
