Loren Ruttinger, P.E. is a civil engineer and project manager with a solid background in the engineering field. Since May 2012, Loren has been employed at WWC Engineering, where responsibilities include overseeing civil engineering projects. Previously, Loren worked as a materials technician at DOWL from May 2011 to August 2011. Loren obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming, completing the program from 2008 to 2012. Additional educational background includes attendance at Sheridan High School.
